I'm Natalie — a strategic-minded Brand & Creative Marketing Leader with a knack for crafting compelling stories that connect.
Currently heading up Brand & Content at Carmoola, I also take on select brand consultancy projects, recently partnering with Dark Luxury, Element Communications, and Vine Talent.
From FinTech transformations to creative agency sprints, I've led globally-distributed teams and multi-market initiatives at Payhawk, WorldRemit, The Smalls, and Distillery. My approach? Building genuine connections, fostering creative confidence in teams, and turning complex challenges into clear, compelling narratives.
While my heart beats for the creative industries, my time in FinTech since 2019 has taught me to blend artistic vision with commercial impact. I particularly shine when crafting video narratives and guiding organisations through change, and strategic brand evolution.
My creative work has found homes in Virgin.com, Sydney Opera House, Loud & Quiet, CLASH, and Unyoked. Beyond the boardroom, I'm a published writer with Indie Novella's Local Voices Project, an alumna of Curtis Brown's novel-writing programme (2023), and created a poetry chapbook during my residency at Villa Lena.
